MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
• You can return your order or any part of it for any reason, at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, if the goods have not been used and all labels and tags are intact. (Excluding Sale items)
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS
• Remember you will have to pay to have it posted back to us – BUT you will not be charged again for postage back if it is an exchange. • Please add your contact details if they are different to what is on invoice, so that we can get in touch with you if we have any questions. • If exchanging items, please list on invoice the color and size you would like to change it to and send back the invoice with the returned goods. • We recommend that you send your parcel by registered post. Please obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. Goods are returned to Raceway Suzuki at your own cost.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
• If any items are out of stock, they will be shown on your invoice with the expected delivery date. You will not be charged for this sold out item.
LEGAL STATEMENT ON RETURNS
• Returning any item within 7 days of dispatch will be taken as cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Risk in respect of goods dispatched by Raceway Suzuki lies with the customer whilst goods are out of the possession of Raceway Suzuki. A refund or exchange will not be given if the 7 day period has expired. On receipt of returned goods, Raceway Suzuki will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not postage) or an exchange credit as required. |
